Lifetime Leather Products Warranty

If your leather product is defective or breaks down due to normal wear and tear we will repair or replace it. Normal wear and tear does not cover dog chewing, straight cuts, or any other activity that is deemed outside the scope of designed use. This will be deemed by us at our sole discretion upon inspection.

Returns and Cancellations
Our policy lasts 30 days from USPS delivery date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and for returning your item. 

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be a non-personalized product, unused and in the same condition that you received it. A restocking fee of $50 per item will be deducted from your refund for returns and cancellations.
